A CLASSICAL FOUNDATION, ADAPTED TO THE PERSON IN FRONT OF ME
My work is grounded in classical Pilates, but no two sessions look the same.
I use the traditional repertoire as a foundation — not a template — adapting each session to how your body moves, what it needs on that day, and where you want to go over time.
Sessions emphasize precision, control, and intelligent sequencing, with close attention to alignment, breath, and efficiency of movement. I adjust exercises as needed — simplifying, progressing, or re-working them — so the work remains challenging without becoming overwhelming.
The goal is not to perform exercises perfectly, but to move better, with more awareness, strength, and confidence — both in the studio and beyond it.
