Training is designed to be thoughtful, progressive, and personal. Sessions are structured to support your goals over time, whether you’re beginning Pilates or continuing an established practice. Options below reflect common ways to start; additional packages are available as your training evolves.
INTRO PACKAGE
A FOCUSED INTRODUCTION TO WORKING TOGETHER
This introductory package is designed for new clients who want to experience consistent, personalized Pilates before moving into ongoing training. Over four sessions, we establish a foundation, build momentum, and tailor the work to your body and goals.
4 sessions: $135 per session
Total: $540
Available once per client
private training session
One-on-One (50 minutes)
Ongoing private Pilates sessions tailored to your needs. Sessions focus on building strength, mobility, and ease of movement, with careful attention to alignment and progression over time.
$165 per session

4 or more sessions
Packages are typically structured around your training schedule. Most clients train once or twice per week, and package size can be discussed and adjusted together to fit your needs.

DUET SESSIONS
2 Clients
Designed for partners, friends, or family members who want to train together.
$190 per session (flat rate)
